Mary was wonderful to work with. She listened to all my issues & allowed me to ask questions. She definitely trained me so I could train the dog. Jersey is a 14 month old black Labrador that was jumping, biting & pulling on her leash. We saw improvement after just one day. We continue to work with her daily using the techniques Mary taught. Jersey’s jumping & biting has improved greatly. Most of our walks result in a loose leash now. Mary followed up later in the week to see how things were going. She was very caring and reassured me we were on the right track!
